Today I took one last chance to fix my Powertap ZIPP Disc. I unscrewed the cap and carefully replaced the batteries. Then I brought my bike downstairs for a ride and unfortunately it didn't fix the problem. Still the readings were off the charts. Major bummer! Time to send it back to ZIPP for fixing; at least I can still ride it for the race.
