Ran tough 400-200s track workout. MVP for :45. Although not falling asleep, feet are getting numb. Am wiggling them slightly to see if that will help.

7/22:
MVP for :45, only lasted :40 due to numbness in feet. Definitely if I fall asleep during MVP, the probability of numb feet grows exponentially.
7/23-7/25:
MVP each day for :45. Really helped loosen the legs up after workouts, even if they are brief.
Update:
Post IM CDA I decided to skip out of my last race of the year, Long Beach Marathon. Nagging issues with left hip and tightening fascia around my knees at long distance just made an unnecessary race unnecessary.
Hope to get into some strength training for a few months before closing down for 2 months for offseason.
7/17/09:
MVP for :45, protein powder in milk + glutamine. Bikram and intense ART yesterday left my legs sore!
Legs still tight after MVP, potentially might have been too late post treatment/workout to totally remove it. Should have MVPed yesterday sometime.
+11 days from Ironman CDA. I rode an intro bike interval workout this morning at normal watts on the computrainer and survived. Looks like my biking is pretty much back. Haven't started running yet, will do so tomorrow.
This night found my legs a bit tight after the morning bike session, and a 30 min MVP session seemed to clear up the tightness well.
Nutritional recovery still being taken.
