:45 MVP session after tough bike hill repeats almost to failure. Best recovery ever!

Extra rest after the cycle has removed numb feet!

No MVP up to this point, but just drinking my usual recovery concoction.

Today did MVP for :45 and, upon advice from Gilad, I increased the RI to :30. Now my settings look like:

Cell 1
PP=70
PT=:45

Cell 2
PP=80
PT=:45

Cell 3
PP=80
PT=:45

Cell 4
PP=80
PT=:45

Cell 5
PP=70
PT=:45

RI: :30

The longer RI at the end seems to have mitigated the numbness. Will continue to use this and see if the numbness comes back.

Biked hill repeats today, only 1:20, 4x tough 5-6% grade.

MVP for :45.

Still taking the standard recovery drink mix: endurox + protein powder + glutamine powder, glutamine pills, BCAA pills. Sportlegs today, but not yesterday - legs were tight after tough, first 400-200s track workout.
