9/18/09:

Ran a tough track workout in the morning. Only took some Sportlegs after the workout, unfortunately forgetting to take them before going out to the track. Then had a really rough Graston session near dinner time. MVP :45 before going to bed.

Wished that the MVP session would have helped recovery from Graston session but that was too much to ask for.

9/19/09:

Woke up and biked, doing 9 hill repeats. Legs lasted fairly well but still were a bit sore from the day before. MVP :60 after the bike workout which helped recovery in general. Sportlegs before and after helped a lot, and also my protein drinks.

The day after, Sunday morning found my legs to be reasonably in good shape from the tough bike workout.

Yesterday did a tough bike speed + threshold workout. But I did not MVP afterwards and paying for that this morning with track workout where I am not maintaining previous week's speeds. Legs were tight from the bike workout yesterday.

Just did MVP :45. Hoping this will prime legs well for tomorrow's bike workout.
