Ran both days.
3/22 - Ran to Stanford track and did 4x400
3/26 - Ran 4.66 miles, negative split.
MVP for 45 minutes. Reduced the pause at end from :30 to :15. My legs seemed to tolerate that without numbing too much.
Settings are:
1: 70. 45s
2: 80. 45s
3: 80. 45s
4: 80. 45s
5: 70. 45s
Rest: 15s
The week before I ran without MVP afterwards and my quads were very tight. But MVP saved the day!
