The last 7 weeks or so have been spent nursing a sprained ankle.
In the last 3 weeks, I've been using the MVP but found that the pressure of the inflation of the cells near my ankle were extremely painful when it inflated and it pushed my ankle away from my leg. I had to adjust my foot such that it was not so deep in the boot so that the inflation of the cell was around the foot/ankle and not putting pressure against the foot/ankle and pushing it away from the leg.
Also for some reason, my legs are tolerant of more pressure in the cells. So I increased all the cells by 10 mm.
Settings:
1: 80mm, 45 sec
2: 80mm, 45 sec
3: 90mm, 45 sec
4: 90mm, 45 sec
5: 80mm, 45 sec
30 sec rest
45 min session.
